Here is the outline of our process which has helped several students:

1) General Assessment: It will be a generic discussion to understand your profile, educational background, work experience (professional as well as volunteering experience) etc. One of the major focus areas will be your GMAT score (if you have already taken the test) and understand if you need to retake it. In case you haven’t taken the test already, we will help you in defining an approach to take GMAT and suggest relevant resources which will help you ace GMAT. (Note: We will not be providing any GMAT test taking materials).

2) Shortlisting Schools: Post general assessment, we will help you understand which schools will suit your career goals the most and devise a strategy for applying to those schools.

3) Profile Discussion: We will go through your professional as well as personal experiences and carve out interesting & inspirational stories that will be helpful in your essays.
We have often noticed that candidates miss to understand the impact of their own stories and sometimes deem extremely relevant stories as irrelevant.

4) Essay Strategy: We will help you develop a strategy and construct for writing your essays. These will be completely personalized basis your general assessment, shortlisted schools, and profile evaluation. While reviewing your essays we will guide you with flow of your writing to ensure that the reader understands the impact and intensity of each sentence & experience written by you in your essays. We will also help you understand the questions/traps that a reader might come up with while reading your essays.

5) Resume Review: The general assessment and profile discussion will give us a fair idea about your experiences and accomplishments. We will ensure the same are called out well in your resume. It is one of the most important aspects of your application as gives a detailed idea about your profile to admission committee and interviewers. While it’s important to have all the details in your resume, a key element is to ensure that it’s crisp yet intriguing.

6) Interview Preparation: Having helped hundreds of students, mock interview preparation is one of our core competencies. We have a good understanding about the overall psyche of the interviewers and also our past candidates have shared the questions asked to them. Interviews are a chance for you to leave an impression on the admission committee and have a significant weightage in your overall candidature assessment.
