About Me
My experience as a mentor started right from my Engineering college days when I started mentoring students of my hometown for the IIT-JEE preparation. During my Infosys work experience, I mentored and trained employees on Java and J2EE technology area. Post my ISB education, I did mentoring to students for the ISB preparation. And, during my Amazon work experience, I mentored employees for the transition to the Product and Program Management career track. Till date, I have mentored and trained more than 500 individuals.
