I have 10+ years of experience in leading business growth/transformation through process excellence, product development, project management & change management.My current role at UHG includes leading the digital transformation and process improvement initiatives. I have a huge interest in guiding B-school aspirants with their GMAT as well as application process. During 2019-2022, I have been unofficially mentoring the aspirants and I have mentored 15+ students with their applications and interviews. Last year I decided to go for an official route so that the mentoring process is more structured and efficient, making it more useful for both aspirants and myself. For the last 6 months, I have been associated with a reputed coaching institute to mentor the GMAT aspirants and I have mentored 10+ students (both national and international) till date.
