First Interview: Following a review of your application and resume, I will organize our first mock interview (within 5 business days of receiving your materials). This virtual encounter mirrors an actual interview scenario. It lasts for 1 hour, consisting of a 45-50 minute interview segment and 10-15 minutes devoted to detailed feedback, including insights into what companies/universities seek in candidates.

Feedback: Subsequent to the interview, I will present you with detailed written feedback, spotlighting your strengths and outlining areas for growth.

Second Interview: The second video interview will be organized precisely 7 business days following the first one, allowing you to address any areas needing improvement and demonstrate your progress during the interview. This session will last 1 hour, with 45-50 minutes for the interview and 10-15 minutes for comprehensive feedback, emphasizing your advancements since the initial interview.
