Feedback: After our interview, I will offer you comprehensive written feedback, spotlighting your strengths and indicating areas where you can enhance.

Second Interview: I will schedule the second video interview exactly 7 business days after the first, providing you with time to work on any improvement areas and demonstrate your progress during the interview. This session will last 1 hour, with 45-50 minutes for the interview and 10-15 minutes for detailed feedback, highlighting your advancements since the initial interview.
