First Interview: Upon evaluating your application and resume, I will schedule our first practice interview (within 5 business days of receiving your documents). This online session replicates an authentic interview environment. It spans 1 hour, featuring a 45-50 minute interview segment and 10-15 minutes dedicated to thorough feedback, encompassing the desired attributes sought by companies/universities in candidates.

Feedback: After our interview, I will offer you comprehensive written feedback, spotlighting your strengths and indicating areas where you can enhance.

Second Interview: I will schedule the second video interview within 7 business days following the initial one, giving you the chance to address any areas needing improvement and showcase your progress during the interview. This session will extend for 1 hour, with 45-50 minutes devoted to the interview itself and 10-15 minutes allocated for detailed feedback, highlighting your advancements since the first interview.
