Feedback: After the interview, I’ll provide you with comprehensive written feedback, highlighting your strengths and areas for improvement.

Second Interview: I’ll arrange the second video interview exactly 7 business days after the first one, allowing you time to address any improvement areas and demonstrate your progress during the interview.
