Feedback: Subsequent to the interview, I will supply you with detailed written feedback, emphasizing your strong points and identifying areas where you can improve.

Second Interview: The second video interview will be arranged exactly 7 business days after the first, allowing you time to work on any improvement areas and demonstrate your progress during the interview. This session will run for 1 hour, comprising 45-50 minutes for the interview and 10-15 minutes for comprehensive feedback, emphasizing your advancements since the initial interview.
